No date supplied BOI NOTICE AMENDMENT TO SEC. 1, RULE V OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING R.A. 5455 "SECTION 1-A. After the Board shall have given due course to applications to do business or accept permissible investments taking into consideration the application itself, the documents submitted and the consolidated report and recommendations of the proper industry group and the Foreign Business Regulations Section, the same shall be officially filed. The Board Secretary, thereafter, shall direct the publication of the notice of the application given due course in the manner prescribed by Section 7 of the Act."
