RESOLUTION Petitioner is hereby ORDERED to file a Comment on respondent's "Motion for Reconsideration" of the Decision dated May 6, 2010, filed on May 26, 2010, within ten (10) days from notice hereof. Upon submission of the Comment or the expiration of the period granted for the filing thereof, the motion shall be deemed submitted for resolution. SO ORDERED. Lovell R.
