Ranoy, SKFP - on Emergency Leave ALAMINOS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 002-13 EXPLANATORY NOTE AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE DEADLINE OF PAYMENTS OF REAL PROPERTY TAXES AND BUSINESS TAXES THAT FALLS ON WEEKENDS (SATURDAY, SUNDAY) OR HOLIDAYS WHEREAS, the Local Revenue Code of 1993 of the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan, has no provisions stating the deadline of payments of Real Property Taxes and Business Taxes that falls of weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or Holidays; WHEREAS, to avoid confusion and clarify issues raised by the paying public there is a need to enact this ordinance; NOW THEREFORE, be it Ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Alaminos, Pangasinan, in session assembled, that: SECTION I. Title . This Ordinance shall be known as "An Ordinance setting the deadline of payments of Real Property Taxes and Business Taxes" of City of Alaminos, Pangasinan that falls on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or Holidays; SECTION II. Policy . When the deadline of payments of Real Property Taxes and Business Taxes, falls on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or Holidays, the deadline is hereby automatically set on the next working day without penalty.
