Bacay On Official Business ALAMINOS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 002-08 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15 (4) OF ORDINANCE NO. 2006-11 ENTITLED: ALAMINOS CITY INVESTMENT INCENTIVE CODE OF 2006 Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Panlungsod of the City of Alaminos, that: ISHCcT SECTION 1. Amendment. Section 15 (4) of Ordinance No. 2006-11 is hereby amended by inserting provisions, now to read as follows: "SECTION 15. Qualifications of a New Enterprise. A New Enterprise which intends to avail of the incentives provided for in the Code must meet the following qualifications: 4. The investment must provide employment for at least seventy per cent (70%) of its total manpower requirement among bonafide residents of Alaminos City under Section 9 (g) hereof, as well as the necessary skills training for its personnel:" SECTION 2. Separability Clause. If for any reason or reasons, any part of the provision of this ordinance shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, other parts or provisions thereof, which are not affected, shall continue to be in full force and effect. SECTION 3. Repealing and Amendatory Clause. Any ordinance and administrative regulations or part or parts thereof, which are inconsistent with this ordinance, are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. CAacTH SECTION 4. Effectivity.
