Time Extension for Payment of Land Tax in Batangas for 1905

June 15, 1905 ACT NO. 1351 AN ACT EXTENDING THE TIME FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE LAND TAX IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS FOR THE YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIVE UNTIL JULY THIRTY-FIRST, NINETEEN HUNDRED AND FIVE SECTION 1. The period for the payment, without penalty, of the land tax for the year nineteen hundred and five in the Province of Batangas is hereby extended to July thirty-first, nineteen hundred and five. SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixty, nineteen hundred. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
