Amendment of the Revised Rule on Summary Procedure

November 12, 2002 EN BANC A.M. No. 02-11-09-SC RE : Amendment of the Revised Rule on Summary Procedure R E S O L U T I O N Acting on the proposal of the Committee on Revision of the Rules of Court, the Court Resolved to AMEND Section 1.A(2) of the Revised Rule on Summary Procedure as follows: "(2) All other cases, except probate proceedings, where the total amount of the plaintiff's claim does not exceed one hundred thousand pesos (P100,000.00) or, two hundred thousand pesos (P200,000.00) in Metropolitan Manila, exclusive of interest and costs."
